Police Launch Investigation After Ferrari Driver Almost Crashes While Leaving Goodwood
It’s a bit of a rush, driving a fast car – we can’t deny that.
However, this driver exiting the famous Goodwood circuit in a Ferrari 488 GTB on Saturday got a little caught up in it all.
Leaving a junction, they give it an exuberant boatful – and the car steps out wildly as a result.
In a move we’ve seen in similar videos, the driver then applies the brake – which only exacerbates the situation.
They come within a hair of a Ford Mondeo travelling in the opposite direction, all the while fishtailing into a grass verge at the side of the road.
We’re unaware if the incident caused any damage to the poor Fezza, but we reckon it certainly dented the driver’s ego – who didn’t bother to stop. And where’s the front number plate, too?
It’s come to light that police are investigating what happened – so the driver hasn’t got away as lightly as they thought. Check out the full video below.
