The first ‘used’ Bugatti Chiron in the UK is on sale — for £1.1 million more than new
When one owner of a Bugatti Chiron collected his new hypercar four months ago, he parted with £2.5 million for the privilege.
Most new cars lose a good bit of value when driven away from the forecourt — but not in this case.
The owner of the French machine is set to net a cool £1.1 million in profit — as it’s now on sale in Surrey for £3.6 million.
One of the very first Chirons to be delivered in the UK, this particular example is finished in black and comes with an optional leather and carbon-fibre interior as well as carbon-fibre seats, costing £53,000 and £16,000 respectively.
The 261mph vehicle will be sold at supercar dealership Romans International in Banstead – no stranger to exotic machinery, having already sold three LaFerraris and a Maserati MC12 this year alone.
Tom Jaconelli, director of Romans International, said:
Although the Chiron is not yet sold out, if you place an order today you will be waiting at least three or four years before the car could be built and delivered, so we are offering the chance to ‘jump the queue’ but of course there is a hefty premium to pay for this privilege.
Was just told by a client that his son who hadn't been in contact for 2yrs finally called but only to ask if he'd seen the Chiron at Romans? pic.twitter.com/tdCTEFN0K4

We often see the world’s most beautiful and expensive cars in our showroom but the Bugatti Chiron is the ultimate. It’s the most desirable car in the world today and we’re thrilled to have the first example openly for sale on the market.
If you’re currently on the waiting list for your very own Bugatti Chiron, now might be the time to spend that extra million hiding down your sofa…
