If Your Hairdresser Drives This TT You’ll Be Begging For A Lift Home

Goodbye to the days of the Audi TT being a hairdressers car, and get ready to drool uncontrollably.

If the beefier new model hasn’t already changed your mind about the TT, then this new Clubsport Turbo Concept – designed just in time for the famous Wörthersee VW festival –  is sure to do that for you.

The concept has been lowered, widened and has the addition of (probably) the meanest grille in history. Add to that a huge, manually adjustable rear wing and you have a bit of a beast.

0-62 happens in 3.2 seconds thanks to its brand new 2.5 litre biturbo engine that produces a staggering 600bhp. There’s an electric motor to boost low-down torque too, helping eliminate the inevitable turbo lag from such a highly tuned engine.

Created with drivers in mind, the Clubsport Turbo has lightweight bucket seats with harnesses to ensure your internal organs stay in place, and a multifunction steering wheel on which you can control all key driving parameter.

Could this be the age of the badass TT? We hope so. And there’s not a set of straighteners in sight.

Pssst!
