If you ever thought that gliding into the fast lane was a stressful affair as cars angrily and hurriedly want you out of their way, take a quick look at this.

To be fair to the TT driver, it doesn’t seem to be his fault. It was the camera car that swerved into his path without seemingly having had a glance in his mirrors for any potential missiles shooting past him.

But it’s still a scary near-miss.

Shot over a month ago on a German autobahn, this camera footage captures the eye-brow raising moment a new Audi TTS, enjoying a high speed run, is rudely interrupted by a driver quite obviously forgetting that he has the use of eyes and/or mirrors…

If this it teaches us anything, though, it is to always remember to mirror, signal, manoeuvre. Got that? Good.
