Mystery Machine Leads California Cops On A Chase – But Scooby Didn’t Doo It!
We’ve all heard of Scooby Doo and crew’s famous chases in the Mystery Machine.
Week-in, week-out, the team would chase the latest fairground owner in a ghost costume. However, recently the tables were turned when a woman driving a van bearing the infamous blue and green paint job led California police on a 100mph chase.
Sharon Kay Turman was wanted by Redding police for a probation violation, but when they attempted to stop her she reportedly sped off in her brightly coloured van.

The incident, which took place on Sunday March 6, saw Turman tear through the city of Anderson, reaching speeds of 100mph.
After running a red light and hitting four cars, the 51-year-old abandoned the Mystery Machine and ran off on foot.
Sadly there’s no footage of the chase, but we hope it looked something like this…
