Stunt Driver Takes On Helicopters, Tanks And A Nuclear Sub On Ice Lake
People sometimes say after a surreal experience that it was just like a video game. Well, now Debbie Evans can claim just that after filming a promotional video for the upcoming Fast & Furious film.
Wearing a special headset, the stunt driver stylishly darts and swivels around oncoming CGI obstacles while in a Jaguar F-Type on an icy lake.
Evans, who has performed stunt work for more than 200 TV shows and films including the new Furious movie, dodges everything thrown at her by virtual helicopters and tanks as well as nuclear subs on the ice expanse that is Jackson Lake in the Yukon territory in Canada.
The power of Jaguar’s 5.0-litre beast is fully used in an exciting, action-packed, explosion-laden two and a half minutes, created to promote The Fate of the Furious – the eighth instalment of the massive film franchise – which is released on April 14.
See the incredible video below – it certainly bodes well for the film.
