Just when you thought the wildlife couldn’t get scary enough, it’s started opening vehicle doors!

An American black bear managed to get into a car with a family still inside it.

Unsurprisingly, the children in the back are reduced to terrified screams – but that doesn’t seem to faze the creature.

Amazingly, also not too bothered is their camera-toting dad, who had to quickly change his plan of getting some ursine close-ups to wrestling back control of the door from the animal – which he impressively managed while still holding his expensive-looking DSLR.

It’s unclear where this took place, but we’re reckoning the family will make sure they keep their car doors locked if they ever return there.
